Authorization to Make Alterations - Conditional
 This kit includes three authorizations whereby the Landlord is giving permission to the Tenant to perform an alteration of the rental property, including: i) authorization to make alterations to rented premises with conditions that the tenant must meet before/during the alterations, ii) a basic authorization to make alterations to rented premises without conditions and iii) authorization to install cable or wires for other system. |
Landlord's Undertaking with Tenant's Lender
| This agreement is between a Landlord and it's Tenant's Lender by which the Landlord agrees to notify the Lender of a default by Tenant under the lease. |
Offer to Lease
| This form serves as an official offer from a prospective tenant to the landlord/owner of a commercial property. Here the prospective tenant offers to lease specific premises under certain terms (including lease length, rental payments, options to renew, etc.) from the landlord. The offer is binding if accepted before the specified date. |
Option to Renew Lease
| This agreement is between a Landlord and a Tenant whereby the Landlord grants the Tenant an option to renew an existing lease. This option is contingent on the Tenant not being in default and exercising the option within a set period before the expiration of the current lease. |
