Acceptance Certificate (Canada)
  Acceptance certificate to be used in conjunction with a conditional sale agreement or an equipment lease. The certificate states that the goods have been installed or delivered as required and are satisfactory. This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon. |
Delivery and Acceptance Certificate (Canada)
| Certificate given by a lessee to a lessor confirming that the equipment leased by lessee had been satisfactorily delivered and accepted by the lessee. Seller's Certificate (Canada)
| Certificate given by a seller of a business to a buyer upon completion of the transaction. This document certifies a number of things about both the seller and the business he's selling including that he/she is the owner, the business is free and clear of all debts, liens, and encumbrances and many more.
