Agreement for Mutual Right of Way
 Agreement between two parties agreeing to the establishment and use of a Mutual Right-of-Way. The right-of-way allows the parties to traverse the other's property by foot or in a vehicle. |
Agreement to Build Fence
| Agreement between two adjoining property owners to build a fence and share the costs. |
Encroachment Agreement
| Agreement between one party, the licensor, who gives permission to the other party, the licensee, to erect an encroachment (for example a fence) on the licensor's property. This agreement is subject to the right of the licensor to ask the licensee to remove the encroachment. |
Grant of Right-of-Way
| This agreement grants a party a right-of-way (right to travel across another's property either on foot or by vehicle) over a specified area. The person receiving the right-of-way is responsible in keeping the right-of-way in good repair and condition. |
License to Use Right-of-Way
| Agreement between a licensor and licensee permitting licensee to make use of a right-of-way (licensee can travel across licensor's property). This agreement is similar to the grant of right-of-way except here the licensee will pay the licensor a monthly or annual fee for the right. |
Line Fence Agreement
| This agreement is between two adjoining landowners relating to the construction of a fence between their properties. The agreement provides that the construction costs will be shared equally, specifies a maximum construction cost, specifies construction materials and states that the parties will share in the maintenance of the fence equally. |
Notice of Exercise of Option to Purchase Property
| Notice by an option holder of a property to the owner of the property that the option holder is exercising its option to purchase the property. The notice states that the payment will accompany the notice. |
Permission to Access Property Temporarily
| Permission to neighbor to access a portion of your property temporarily (letter format). |
Temporary Right of Access Agreement
| Agreement between two neighbours by which one neighbour agrees to allow the other neighbour temporary access to his or her premises to complete an improvement on the other's property. |
Easement and Right of Way
| This type of form allows a property owner to grant the right to cross a portion of his or her property to another person. Such an easement is also referred to as a right of way. |
