  Certificate to be signed by a party making a draw under a Letter of Credit. This form certifies the event that gave rise to the draw (e.g. failure of a customer to fulfill its obligations) as well as other requirements under the Letter of Credit. This form includes special formatting features to assist you in completing the agreement. This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon. |

The holder of this letter may draw upon the credit line on demand. This form includes special formatting features to assist you in completing the agreement.
