 An employment agreement is an agreement between an employer and an employee which provides the terms and conditions of the employment relationship. This agreement is specifically for employees that will be taking managment positions (the agreement is more comprehensive than the standard employee agreements but less comprehensive than the Executive Employment Agreement). The employment agreement serves a number of beneficial purposes. First, it provides the employee with the basic conditions of his/her employment.
