Release by Creditor Accepting Settlement
| This agreement is to be used in those situations when there is a disagreement over the payment of a debt (e.g. the debtor claims that the full debt does not need to be paid because of dissatisfaction with contractor services). This agreement releases debtor from any further claims by creditor if the full settlement amount is paid. This form includes special formatting features to assist you in completing the agreement. |
